Our specialized services are comprised of three design "phases" summarized below.

Once completed, the information, schedules and drawings developed in these three phases will provide you with the tools and data needed to get accurate cost estimates for your overall construction, finishes and equipment needs.

Standard Spa Design and Salon Design Services

'Phase I' Interiors
This phase will provide you with tools and private DaySpaDesign.com 'worksite' to choose preliminary materials, lighting options, color schemes and cabinetry design. This phase also includes photorealistic computer renderings using the selected materials for a preliminary look at how your selections will look together.

'Phase II' - Schematic Layout Design
 Once you have selected a location for your facility, our experienced spa and salon design team will work with you on many layout possibilities until we come up with a satisfactory design that meets your functional, traffic flow, esthetic and "brand imaging" needs.

'Phase III' - Design Development
This is where we incorporate your selections from ‘Phase I - Interiors’ with the layout created in ‘Phase II – Schematic Design’. This ‘phase’ also includes the detailed drawings for your custom ceilings, lighting, soundproofing, construction, plumbing and electrical needs for your contractor’s to bid from. .

Custom Needs Packages
Some clients have unique needs that are not specifically covered by the Phases we have set up.  It may be a consultation site visit to review lighting, cabinetry or other special requirements.  Of course we can work something out to get you the solution you need.

3D Color Renderings

Let us show you the future.  With our 3D color photorealistic rendering capabilities, we can show you a view from any point inside or outside your facility to show you, your clients and/or your investors how the finished space might look.

Our  nationwide network of licensed architects will help you get through the plan approval process at your local building department.  They are familiar with your local codes to get your plans through the approval process more quickly.
